About the Founder

Hi, I'm Priscilla Osaro.

For more than a decade, I have worked where strategy meets procurement, helping organizations navigate complex bids, competitive tenders, grants, and government contracting opportunities across Africa and beyond.

I have led proposal efforts in international development, education, health, consulting, and emerging government contracting markets, supporting organizations through high-stakes competitions where strong technical solutions alone are rarely enough.

My work focuses on how organizations build the capability to compete. That includes bid strategy, proposal operations, evaluator-focused communication, AI adoption, knowledge management, and the systems that consistently produce stronger submissions over time.
